This automatic sliding door kit is a complete Euro Automatic Doors ASK-2-E automatic sliding door operator, supplied with the drive motor, control board, connection terminal and return pulley mounted in the operator profile, as pictured. It is the simplest way to automate a new sliding door or replace a worn-out operator in one go.
Every main part of the ASK-2-E operator is also sold separately, so the system is easy to maintain for years after installation. Because of its size, this kit is available for collection from our trade counters or with a quoted delivery.

Choosing the right part

Fitting tips
Always isolate the mains supply to the operator and support the door leaves before removing any part. Replace like for like, check every connection and cable route, then run the door through several full cycles and confirm the safety sensors stop or reverse the door. Looking after your automatic sliding door
Most automatic door faults start with small, cheap wear parts. Keep the floor track clear of grit, stones and leaves, as debris is the main cause of worn floor guides and doors that catch. Listen for rumbling or grinding, which usually points to worn carriage wheels or a failing pulley bearing. Check that the belt is tight and that the door leaves are level, and wipe the sensor covers so they read the doorway clearly. A check every few months and a yearly service keeps the door safe and avoids costly breakdowns.
