Is 4m range enough?
A 4m beam covers most domestic garage doors and shopfront shutters. Measure the width of your opening. If it is wider than 4m, call us and we will advise.
Where should the photocells be fitted?
Fit one on each side of the opening, facing each other, usually about 300 to 500mm above the ground so they detect people, vehicles and objects.
Who should fit it?
It connects to your shutter’s control unit, so it should be wired by a competent electrician or shutter engineer.
