Will the NECO remote 2 pack work with my shutter?
These fobs work with NECO MK1 receivers and NECO control boards that use the TR4 rolling code remote. If your current remote is grey and silver with a sliding cover, it’s the right one. They won’t pair with other brands of receiver. Not sure? Send us a photo and we’ll check.

Is this the same as the NECO TX4?
No. The TX4 looks similar but has a black casing and uses an older fixed code. The TX4 and TR4 are not compatible with each other, so check your existing remote before ordering.

Is this the NECO Eco remote?
No. The NECO Eco uses a different receiver. We sell the Eco remote separately.

What battery does the NECO TR4 use?
Each fob takes one 27A 12V battery (also sold as LR27A or A27). Batteries are fitted in both remotes when you receive them.
