How to program your new fobs
Each handset is programmed to an MK1 receiver or control board using the instructions included. You may need access to the receiver or control panel to store new handsets. Repeat the steps for each fob you need. Always keep the shutter in clear view and make sure nobody is underneath it while you test them.
Replacing a lost fob? For extra security, have the receiver’s memory cleared and re-program all the remaining fobs, so the lost handset can no longer open the shutter. If you’re unsure how, give us a call and we’ll point you in the right direction.

Will the NECO remote 10 pack work with my shutters?
These fobs work with MK1 receivers and control boards that use the TR4 rolling code handset. If the current fob is grey and silver with a sliding cover, it’s the right one. They won’t pair with other brands of receiver. Not sure? Send us a photo and we’ll check.
Can I use the fobs on different shutters and sites?
Yes. Each fob is programmed separately, so you can use them on different MK1 receivers across different shutters or sites.
Can I supply them to my customers?

Is this the same as the TX4?
No. The TX4 looks similar but has a black casing and uses an older fixed code. The two are not compatible with each other, so check the existing fob before ordering.
What battery do they use?
